12-Month / 12,000-Mile Parts & Labor Protection on Commercial Fleet Rebuilds
1. The Miami Diesel Works Guarantee
At Miami Diesel Works LLC, we stand behind the integrity of our ASE Master Certified craftsmanship and the genuine OEM & tier-1 heavy duty components we install. Every commercial truck overhaul, head gasket replacement, transmission rebuild, and major diesel service executed at our facility is backed by our dedicated 12-Month / 12,000-Mile Commercial Warranty.
2. Scope of Coverage
Truck Division (Commercial Fleets)
Covers in-frame & out-of-frame engine overhauls, cylinder heads, turbos, CP4/fuel injection pumps, Allison transmissions, and major drivetrain components against defects in materials or mechanical workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first).
Marine Diesel Division
Dockside yacht engine repairs, heat exchanger bundles, raw-water pumps, and marine generator servicing are backed by an operational season warranty guaranteeing leak-free performance and proper thermal calibration.
3. Jasper Engines & Transmissions Installer Certification
As a specialized diesel installer of remanufactured Jasper engines, transmissions, and differentials, qualifying assemblies carry Jasper's extended nationwide commercial warranty: up to 3 Years / 100,000 Miles nationwide parts and labor protection honored at thousands of authorized facilities across the United States.
4. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
This commercial warranty strictly does not cover failures caused by:
- Operating equipment with low oil, contaminated coolant, or contaminated diesel exhaust fluid (DEF/water in fuel).
- Aftermarket high-performance race tunes, emissions defeat devices, or RPM over-revving.
- Marine raw-water impeller dry-run burnouts or neglect of sacrificial zinc anodes resulting in electrolytic corrosion.
- Normal wear and tear items such as brake pads, fan belts, wiper blades, or routine filter element saturations.
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
If your commercial truck or marine engine exhibits symptoms following a completed overhaul, contact our Miami Service Desk immediately prior to attempting independent disassembly:
